The Eclectic Post-Dispatch is a blog about the latest offerings in speculative fiction, with an emphasis on books, films, and video games. Sometimes I’ll post reviews of all of the above, and sometimes I’ll make a broader social commentary on aspects of those media outlets.
I established this blog because one of my favorite things to talk about is popular culture and how it not only reflects us as people, but how it communicates different values and themes to us. It’s something I’ve been very interested in for as long as I can remember, and I’m thankful that I have a means by which I can share my views as well as discuss them with anyone who happens to be following my blog.
